William Hitchcock - President

William Hitchcock retired from the United States Border Patrol (USBP) as the Director of Strategic Communications Division in 2019. He worked over 27 years in federal law enforcement with a career including executive leadership and management throughout the agency to include the national level at headquarters in Washington DC. This experience encompassed operations, administration, intelligence, communications, training, liaison and logistics with a reputation for achieving organizational goals through innovation and leadership.

During his career, Mr Hitchcock's assignments included  Associate Chief of Southwest Border Operations, Sector Division Chief of Operations, and Supervisory Course Development Instructor at the USBP National Academy. He was also requested by name to serve in numerous International positions to include the Customs and Border Protection Attaché in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as multiple deployments to Europe, Latin America, and Africa.
